Gyrocopters from the AutoGyro factory
AutoGyro GmbH builds gyroplanes — gyrocopters — in Hildesheim, Germany, and delivers them worldwide through a network of distributors. This configurator is the official one: what you put together here is the specification the factory and your distributor work from.
Three models are in production. The Cavalon is a side-by-side two-seater with an enclosed cabin, built for travelling in comfort. The Calidus seats two in tandem under a closed canopy. The MTOsport is the open tandem machine, the most direct way to fly. All three are powered by Rotax engines and carry a rotor system built for the job, and all three can be specified with avionics, paint schemes and comfort packages.
Flying a gyroplane needs a licence, and the requirements differ per country. Prices depend on the country of delivery and on how the aircraft is specified, so they are quoted by the distributor who will deliver and support it. An enquiry you send from the configurator reaches that distributor directly, or the factory where a country has none yet.
